By accessing or using DoctorFile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the service.

To use this service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not create more than one account per person
• Have a valid and active Facebook Page that you own or administer

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using DoctorFile:

• Using the service to send spam, harmful, or misleading content to users
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise system security or infrastructure
• Using automated tools to scrape, collect, or harvest data from our platform
• Impersonating other users, entities, or administrators
• Using the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose
• Violating Facebook's Platform Policies while using our Facebook integrations
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to third parties

DoctorFile integrates with the Facebook Graph API to provide automated reply functionality. By using our Facebook features, you also agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.

You are solely responsible for:

• The Facebook Pages you connect to our service
• Keeping your Page Access Tokens secure and confidential
• Ensuring your use of automated replies complies with Facebook's community standards
• Any content sent through automated replies on your behalf
• Obtaining proper permissions from your Page audience where required

• All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
• After the trial period, an active subscription is required to continue using the service
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started
• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with prior notice
• Expired subscriptions will have automated reply features disabled automatically
• Accounts with expired subscriptions will not lose their data during a grace period

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the service
• That all automated replies will be delivered successfully to Facebook
• Compatibility with all Facebook Page configurations or account types
• Continuous availability during Facebook API maintenance or outages

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, failures, or downtime.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service — at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You may also request deletion of your account at any time. Upon termination:

• All associated data including connected pages will be permanently deleted
• Post configurations and automated reply history will be removed
• Access tokens stored on our servers will be purged immediately
• No refund will be issued for remaining subscription time

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the platform or via email.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
